HERE GOES

Trying to avoid pretentiousness and reserved judgementalism. Let's be part of the solution.

BERKLEY ILLUSTRATION

I don't remember if my friend Leah showed me this or if I just stumbled across it, but either way, this is some very fun art.

NEIL GAIMAN

Life is a disease, sexually transmitted and fatal.

DEBORAH HORRELL

Well, it's been a month. The beginning of summer has been crazy.

Anyways, this video is very very cool- it demonstrates how Deborah Horrel makes her beautiful and intricate modern glass pieces.

ERIC FORTUNE

Paintings by Eric Fortune. His color palette and the general aura of his characters is really fascinating to me.

DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE: "GRAPEVINE FIRES"

Please watch this video. You may cry.

Today is gloomy and dismal. I have been inside

listening to dance music.

MIKE STILKEY

Mixed media and installations by Mike Stilkey

My good friend Leah told me about this artist from Los Angeles. I love the way he transforms a literary medium into a canvas for his art, but I do wonder where he gets all those books.

Another all-nighter.

End of term projects are kicking my ass.

THINGS THAT WE LIKE

An outlet for thoughts and feelings,

A place to share my perception of what beautiful art is,

A place to connect my friends with other nice places on the world wide web,

A place to keep me busy while I am living in rural WI,

I have crawled the blogosphere for a while now, and just decided that it was about time to try it out.

Maybe I will eventually even get some of my own art on here.
